What is Spirituality?

Spirituality is the search for meaning in life, a quest to connect with something bigger than ourselves. It can involve a variety of experiences, from the sacred to the mundane.

Research also finds that people who are spiritual tend to be more connected with others, have higher job satisfaction, and report better physical and mental health outcomes.

As a result, there are more people than ever who are seeking a more spiritual approach to life. However, it is important to be honest with yourself about what spirituality means to you and what path you want to follow. This will ensure that you are walking your own path and not trying to fit in with others.
